The  large open plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes large oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a large walk in pantry and in the adjoining area there is the washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all crockery/cutlery etc.

A beautiful room offering a king size bed, easy chair and matching dressing table/night stands. There is a large walk in closet. The glass sliding doors also open out onto the lanai/pool deck.

The en-suite bathroom is fabulous with large roman style shower, cubicle toilet and large his and hers vanity sinks with cupboards under. There is also a large cupboard for beach and bath towels.

Bedroom two is a lovely sunny room with glass sliding doors onto the lanai/pool deck and is away from the master suite. This has a Queen size bed, two nights stands and dressing table. There is also a large walk in closet and a television.

Bedroom three has twin beds and night stand with large walk in closet and a computer.

There is a bathroom for the use of bedroom two and three which has bath with shower over, vanity sink with cupboard under and toilet. There is a door from the bathroom onto the pool deck.

The Lanai and pool deck are wonderful and our swimming pool has been individually designed and has a fountain. The views from the pool and lanai are spectacular especially when the sun sets. We over look the golf course. The pool is screened to enable you to open all the sliding glass doors without the fear of any insects getting in. It also stops any insects from landing in the pool whilst you are swimming. The pool can be electrically heated if required. A Baby Safety Fence is available in the pool closet which is needed if there are young children in the villa. There is an outdoor pool shower. The Lanai has a patio table with four chairs and a Gas BBQ Grill. There are also two Sun Loungers and various pool toys. We have four deck chairs for you to take on days out to the Beach and two bicycles which you may use to explore the surrounding cycle tracks.
