Our price is for the villa with up to 6 guests and is fully inclusive of Florida State sales tax, and cleaning on departure. Electric pool heating available at £50 / $80 per week. |
HOW TO BOOK

Step 1 - Check Availability
|
Check the date you wish to book is available, by either viewing the availability calendar or contacting us directly. Our minimum booking period is one week. Subject to availability bookings can start on any day of the week. |
| Step 2 - Make Your Booking |
Once you have confirmed availability you must make a provisional booking either by Email or Telephone. You must then send a completed Booking Form with a 20% deposit. (Email reservations will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form and a 20% deposit.) Deposits can be paid in the form of a personal UK cheque/ US cheque which should be made payable to Linda Dodsworth. We can also accept payment directly into our UK or USA bank account by arrangement. The deposit is none refundable. (Please note that before making a booking you must read and understand the Terms and Conditions of our villa. By making a booking you are agreeing to adhere to these terms and conditions.) |
| Step 3 - Final Payment |
| The balance is due any time up to 8 weeks prior to your commencement date. Where the commencement date is less than 8 weeks away, full payment should be made at the same time as sending the completed booking form. A refundable security deposit of £250 / $450 against inventory damage is required along with your balance. Upon receipt of your final payment details of entering our Villa will be given. |
